We use full-grain vegetable-tanned, crazy horse, and cowhide leather — the outermost, strongest layer of the hide. 

Yes — and that’s the point. Vegetable-tanned leather develops a patina as it absorbs the oils from your hands and pocket; the colour deepens and the texture softens over time. Crazy horse leather works differently — it’s wax-treated, so scuffs and marks are part of the look, giving it a rugged, lived-in character. No two wallets age the same way.

Built from a single piece of leather with reinforced stitching throughout. With normal daily use, these wallets are made to go the distance. The leather only gets better with time, not worse.

Keep it dry. If it gets wet, pat it gently and let it dry naturally — no heat sources. Once or twice a year, a small amount of leather conditioner (beeswax or neatsfoot oil) keeps it supple. Avoid silicone-based products.
