RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense. For returns from Bulgaria, please use Econt. For returns from other EU countries, please use PostOne or any reliable courier service to the address provided by our team.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment and verifying its condition. For cash on delivery orders (Bulgaria only), the refund will be processed by bank transfer to an account provided by the Customer.

In the event of refusal of a shipment without prior written notice to the Seller, the Customer shall be liable for the delivery costs in both directions.
