2. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and users (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") who visit the website and/or place orders through it. By placing an order, the Customer expresses their agreement with these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
Orders are accepted online through the website. After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic email confirmation, upon which the distance purchase contract is deemed concluded. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of unavailability of stock, informing the Customer in a timely manner.
4. Prices and Currency
All prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR) and are final. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price that was current at the time the order was placed by the Customer.
5. Payment Methods
The Customer may pay for ordered goods through the following methods:
By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others supported by the payment processor Shopify Payments) at the time of ordering.
By cash on delivery or by card to the courier upon receipt of the shipment (for the territory of Bulgaria).
When paying by bank card, the transaction is processed securely through the certified payment processor Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made via the courier company Econt (or another chosen operator) within 1 to 3 working days for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and within 5 to 8 days for EU countries, following order confirmation. All delivery timeframes are indicative. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure circumstances or due to the fault of the courier service.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 14 days of the date of receipt, without stating a reason.
For a return to be approved:
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, showing no signs of use and in the same commercial condition in which it was received.
Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order confirmation) must be included with the shipment.
8. Refunds
Upon approval of a return, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the product within 14 days of the date on which it received the returned shipment and verified its commercial condition.
Important: For payments made by bank card, the amount will be refunded exclusively to the same bank card used for payment. Depending on your bank, the amount may take between 5 and 10 working days to appear.
The costs of return shipping are entirely at the Customer's expense. The original delivery costs are non-refundable.
In the event of refusal of a shipment by the courier without prior written notice to the Seller, the Customer shall be liable for the delivery costs in both directions.
9. Complaints
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the product, the Customer has the right to make a complaint. Please contact us at incassowallets@gmail.com with photographs and a description of the defect. We will review the complaint within 7 working days and will offer a replacement or a refund.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes the personal data of Customers in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data is used solely for the processing, payment and delivery of the order and is not shared with third parties other than the payment processor (Stripe) and the courier company.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Bulgarian and European law. All disputes shall be resolved through voluntary negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, by the competent Bulgarian court or through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
The Seller reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
